EXCHANGE OR RETURN - HEDES ORDER
Exchange and return conditions
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags intact and all original accessories.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders originating from mainland France.
How do I request an exchange or return?
To make an exchange or return, simply send an email to the following address: retours@hedes.fr

Your first and last name
Your order number
Your full contact details
Our customer service team will respond shortly with a printable return label and detailed instructions.
Fees and conditions
Exchanges are free (HEDES will cover the cost of shipping the new item).
A fixed fee of €3.95 is required for all returns, including exchanges.
This amount corresponds to the shipping costs via a relay point and will be deducted from the refund (or retained if an exchange is made).
