At HEDES, we choose to produce as responsibly as possible. Our priority is to limit the environmental impact of the textile industry while offering durable and affordable clothing.
A production that is now 100% European.
At the launch of the brand, low production volumes did not allow us to manufacture exclusively in Europe without making our pieces unaffordable. We therefore chose to work with workshops located in both Europe and Asia, selected for the quality of their craftsmanship and their respect for working conditions.
Since 2024, all HEDES pieces are now made in Europe.
All our T-shirts are produced in Portugal, while our other garments are crafted in carefully selected European workshops. This choice reflects our commitment to bringing production closer, improving quality control, and reducing the impact of transportation — as part of a continuous improvement approach.
The choice of sustainable materials
Organic cotton, linen, silk, or wool: we select high-quality, low-impact raw materials. This allows us to limit the use of harmful chemicals, both for the environment and for human health.
Respectful working conditions
Working with carefully selected workshops ensures humane and responsible working conditions. For us, ethical production is inseparable from the final quality of the garment.
